Looking good. Sounding great. I'm sure one of the levers , on the left side of the tank is the gear shift. If you don't mind, what is the other lever? Possibly a high and low range?? Also, does it have a right angle gear box for the chain drive, since the engine is in line with the frame?

My Step-Grampa had one of these Hendersons. Not sure what year his was. I'm guessing it probably was a later teens model. In fact his other 3 brothers rode Henderson's too. They souped them up with speed kits they bought from L.A. They were from Fresno, CA and had organized the first motorcycle gang in the area called "Fresno Outlaws." I believe this was in the early 20's. He told me these bikes, when they were running right, could flat out at over 100 miles per hour. The local cops rode Harleys and couldn't catch them! The number 3 cylinder could scorch if they pushed them too hard. This cylinder got the least amount of cooling. I still can remember Grampa telling me about these beautiful machines!
